As a Product Designer, you will play a pivotal role in defining and shaping product strategy, ensuring solutions align with business goals and user needs. You will be responsible for translating complex problems into scalable product solutions, optimizing user flows, and driving engagement through data-informed decisions. Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders, you will contribute to the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to execution, ensuring each release delivers measurable impact and value.

What you'll be doing:

• Develop and implement product design strategies that uphold best practices and deliver high-quality user experiences.
• Create and refine user-centered designs for web applications, ensuring seamless interactions and a cohesive visual identity.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and enhance product functionality.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address design challenges, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Maintain and evolve design systems to ensure consistency across all platforms and touchpoints.
• Enhance the customer journey for both direct users and their end customers, optimizing interactions at every touchpoint.
• Improve user interactivity to drive onboarding, conversion, adoption, and growth through thoughtful design.
• Continuously refine design processes and contribute to innovation in product development.

What you'll bring:

• 5+ years of experience as product designer, with a strong focus on user experience, product strategy, and problem-solving.
• Ability to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, scalable product solutions.
• Strong expertise in user research, data analysis, and usability testing, using insights to drive product improvements.
• Proficiency in defining and optimizing user journeys, onboarding flows, and conversion strategies to enhance engagement and retention.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD).
• Familiarity with analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel).
• Strong understanding of accessibility, scalability, and performance considerations in product development.
• Upper-Intermediate English (written and verbal).
• Able to work hybrid in our great Rotterdam office (2 or 3 days at the office)
