About the Role:

The San Francisco Giants are seeking a Part-Time Experience Operations Intern to join our team, offering a unique opportunity to make a real impact on both game-day and non-game-day programming logistics in our vibrant Mission Rock neighborhood, just steps from Oracle Park. In this hands-on role, you'll work closely with key stakeholders across the Giants organization, assisting with game-day activations, sponsor engagement initiatives, and the execution of special events. This position reports to the Senior Director of Experience Operations and will be based at Oracle Park in San Francisco.

· You will collaborate with the Experience Development team to bring “Pregame at the Park” to life on game days, delivering memorable fan experiences in the heart of our Mission Rock neighborhood.

· You will play a key role in both game day and non-game day event execution at China Basin Park, overseeing event setup, breakdown, and logistics.

· You will help source, book, and coordinate vendors and services for a variety of special events and activations at China Basin Park.

· You will contribute to the content strategy for @missionrocksf by creating engaging video content for social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.

· You will take on a variety of responsibilities as needed, helping drive the success of the Experience Development team.

· You will have the opportunity to build trust and collaborate across departments within the San Francisco Giants organization.

Qualifications:

-Current student enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program or recently graduated in the past 24 months.

-Applicants must be able to work up to 25 hours per week over the summer months (June – August) and have a flexible schedule to work all Giants home games, including weekends and nights.

-Proficient in G-Suite and Microsoft Office with emphasis in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.

-Establish positive professional relationships with Giants staff, fans and clients.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

-Excellent organizational skills and customer service skills.

-Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-paced environment with the emphasis on meeting deadlines.

-Ability to work in a team environment.

-Ability to lift up to 50 lbs


$22 - $22 an hour
