Salesforce Configuration Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Configuration Analyst (Remote) to support University Advancement goals through Salesforce application functionality.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, configure, test, implement, and maintain Salesforce application functionality
  • Review business requirements, assist with ticket resolution, and participate in Agile ceremonies
  • Provide customer service, support operational activities, and act as a resource for less experienced staff
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience analyzing business processes and data
  • No specific certification required
  • A driver's license is not required for this position
  • Experience with Salesforce development is preferred
