As an Account Manager, you’re not just managing clients, you will be building and nurturing relationships at some of the most innovative companies in the technology world. You will be responsible for supporting these companies with their marketing strategy and matching their requirements with our wide variety of marketing services.
Salesforce Ben is a bootstrapped company with nearly 30 employees based around Europe, with an office based in Shoreditch London. As we have no investors, we focus on sustainable, long lasting growth and company fundamentals, ensuring the well-being and professional growth of our employees.
Note: £33k - £37k OTE; UK-based, preferably London-based.
Responsibilities
- Seek new business via prospecting on social media (Linkedin), networking events, the Salesforce AppExchange, and online news searches.
- Develop and maintain relationships with our customers and new accounts, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
- Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, addressing enquiries, concerns/complaints and requests in a timely manner.
- Conduct meetings with prospective clients on video calls, to understand clients’ business goals and needs. Most of our clients are based in the US, so aligning diaries to time zones is important.
- Identify each respective client’s BANT (budget, authority, need, time).
- Manage new leads that come through our Salesforce org.
- Meet targets (TBC) outlined by the Sales Director.
- Creating Statement of Works based on clients requirements and goals
- Work alongside the delivery team and Campaign Director to execute campaigns successfully, and have input into current and future product offerings.
- Track and report on sales activities and account status, providing regular updates to the sales team.
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies, marketing materials and product enhancements.

- Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with different types of clients that we partner with, and different teams in the organisation that are responsible for delivery.
- Ability to handle objections in a professional manner.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that represent Salesforce Ben, the company, in a good light.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Highly organised, with attention to detail.
- Open to working in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
