Job Summary

A company is looking for a Salesforce Administrator and Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide tier 1 support to internal and external Salesforce users and other CARB-X platforms
  • Document business processes, gather requirements, and conduct training across functional areas
  • Build and deploy solutions on the Salesforce platform, ensuring high-quality releases through testing
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience
  • Salesforce Administrator and Platform App Builder certifications or required within 6 months of employment
  • Strong aptitude for technical skill development and ability to gather and document business requirements
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously and independently
  • Experience working with a remote workforce across different time zones is preferred
