Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sales order cycle for assigned regions and engage with regional teams to enhance operational efficiency
• Provide guidance on resolving variances and enforce purchasing standard operating procedures
• Process orders and ensure accuracy in item classification, shipping information, and billing schedules

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's Degree preferred)
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in purchasing, sales operations, or logistics
• Strong knowledge of operations and internal controls
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experienced with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills
