Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Operations & Support Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key point of support during the pre- and post-sale process
• Coordinate with sales reps to ensure deals are correctly scoped and processed
• Track and report key operational metrics to improve deal velocity and team efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or school district administration
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Experience with CRM/ERP tools like HubSpot or NetSuite (preferred)
• Prior work with K-12 school districts (preferred)
• Comfort managing complex internal processes
