Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Advisor-Instructional Designer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drives complex sales solutions by translating business requirements into solution requirements and managing deployment timelines
  • Defines actionable plans for change programs, digital content, and communications for program readiness and rollout
  • Assesses the effectiveness of solutions and communicates results to stakeholders and Executive Leadership
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Five (5) years of professional business experience in project management, sales, learning and development, education, or related fields
  • A related advanced degree may offset the experience requirements
  • Experience with instructional design models and adult-learning principles
  • Familiarity with tools such as Articulate Rise/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and LMS platforms
