Intern - Product Management - Digital Solutions

As a Product Management Intern, you will gain exposure to maximizing the value of a product resulting from work with internal and external development and engineering teams. The Product Management Intern will work with internal and airline/partner stakeholders, as well as other Product Managers to learn to define and prioritize features in the product backlog. The intern will work with the Product Line team on the overall backlog and vision definition and planning activities.

How you will make an impact:

• Develop innovative features for IFEC products and services
• Gather feedback from internal and external stakeholders to translate market needs into product requirements
• Support the development of product specifications and product marketing collateral
• Provide administrative support as required to Product Managers
• Learn the IFEC, Consumer Technology, and Entertainment Technology market
• Learn about our strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized as best in the industry

• Proficiency with web development tools and technologies, and UI/UX design is preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, data analysis, data visualization, and artificial intelligence tools is preferred
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
• Completed 2 years of undergraduate coursework by Fall of 2025
• Strong analytical skills for gathering and summarizing requirements and metrics
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and summarizing findings

• Interest in product management, digital technologies and market analysis

The compensation for this position will be $25.00 for Juniors & $26.00 for Seniors.
