Job Summary

A company is looking for a Ruby on Rails Developer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and enhance applications and services using Ruby on Rails and related technologies
• Collaborate with the customer experience team to manage technical support tickets and implement improvements
• Work with the engineering team to diagnose and resolve technical issues while participating in the development of new features

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in software development, particularly with Ruby on Rails
• Experience in customer or technical support roles in a collaborative environment
• Familiarity with databases and optimization techniques
• Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS) and version control (e.g., Git)
