Senior Supplier Performance Excellence Manager

Our Sourcing, Quality & Regulatory (SQR) team plays a key role in ensuring that we are both the best supplier for our customers and the best customer for our suppliers.

As a Senior Supplier Performance & Excellence Manager, you will monitor, evaluate, and improve supplier performance. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will oversee business reviews, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen our supplier base and support Rituals' sustainability and compliance objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Supplier Business Reviews – Conduct structured supplier performance reviews based on AQSCIS principles, gathering data from relevant departments and driving improvement initiatives.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting – Track and analyze supplier KPIs, ensuring alignment with business needs and identifying areas for improvement.
• Process Optimization – Support the implementation of operational excellence programs, ensuring suppliers meet the required standards for quality, reliability, and efficiency.
• Collaboration & Communication – Act as the key liaison between sourcing, sustainability, supply chain, innovation, and quality teams, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment on supplier-related processes.
• Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement – Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to address challenges, implement corrective actions, and drive improvements in supplier performance.
• Compliance & Sustainability – Ensure suppliers adhere to Rituals' sustainability goals and regulatory requirements, promoting responsible sourcing practices.

• Master’s degree in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, or a related field is necessary.
• 10+ years of experience in supplier management, sourcing, procurement, or supply chain roles.
• Strong supplier performance tracking, KPI management, and process optimization knowledge.
• Data-driven approach – ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Experience with cosmetics sourcing is a plus.
• Availability to work 80% from the office and 20% from home as part of our hybrid working model.
