Key Responsibilities:- Partnership Sales Strategy -develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to attract, secure, and nurture high-value partnerships, positioning Right Formula as the leading agency in the motorsport world.
- Relationship Building - establish and nurture lasting, meaningful relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers within partner organisations, ensuring each collaboration creates mutual value and drives long-term success.
- Sales Leadership - lead by example. Set ambitious personal objectives and champion the sales strategy, aiming for new business that propels Right Formula’s continued growth and success.
- Business Development - drive business development initiatives, prospecting, negotiating, and closing major partnership deals while ensuring a robust pipeline of future opportunities for expansion.
- Collaboration - collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams including commercial, strategy, marketing, and client servicing to ensure a smooth, unified approach that aligns with our overall business goals.
- Negotiation - take the lead in complex negotiations, shaping partnership terms, contracts, and service level agreements to deliver the best outcomes for our clients.
- Market Research - stay ahead of the curve. Continuously analyse market trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities to refine strategies and drive innovation in partnership development.
- Reporting & Analytics - monitor, track, and report on key sales performance metrics, including pipeline health, closed deals, and actionable insights to inform senior leadership’s strategic decision-making.
What we're looking for- Extensive experience in partnership sales, business development, or related fields with a proven ability to secure and scale high-value deals.
- Demonstrable experience in Formula 1 or another top tier sport would be beneficial
- Demonstrable success in building and growing partnership programmes from the ground up, generating significant revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with senior executives.
- In-depth understanding of the sales process, pipeline management, and performance metrics.
- Exceptional strategic thinking with keen commercial acumen to spot and seize new opportunities.
- Experience with CRM tools and leveraging data to drive decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
- A true team player who thrives in a collaborative environment, inspiring and influencing others to deliver outstanding results.
