Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare revenue cycle financial analysis and monitor KPIs for efficiency improvements
• Analyze insurance denial trends and implement strategies to increase clean claim rates
• Provide weekly status reports on projects and ensure budget and profitability goals are met

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a healthcare medical Revenue Cycle environment
• 7+ years of medical billing or collections experience
• 3+ years of management experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• College degree desired
• Strong working knowledge of payor denials and related changes
