Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retention Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and analyze retention marketing campaigns across various gaming verticals
• Lead and optimize marketing initiatives to enhance player retention and lifecycle strategies
• Oversee a team of retention specialists and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective campaign execution

Required Qualifications

• Five years of experience in iGaming, Sportsbook, or iLottery industries in Customer Retention Marketing
• BA/BS in Marketing or equivalent experience
• At least two years of people management experience
• Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools, preferably with ESPs like Bloomreach or Salesforce
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple high-visibility customer relationships
