Job Summary

A company is looking for a Subject Matter Expert - Retail Services Specialist (RS).

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary resource for in-depth knowledge and experience in a specific area
• Collaborate with instructional designers to develop and review training materials
• Provide constructive feedback on training content and maintain up-to-date documentation

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of system-specific experience
• BA/BS or equivalent education
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
• U.S. Citizenship is required due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements
• Strong knowledge and experience in systems, operations, logistics, engineering, or design
