Job Summary

A company is looking for a Retail Marketing Coordinator to support marketing strategies and plans within the retail channel.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing retail marketing campaigns and in-store activations
• Support promotional planning, including coupon strategy execution and performance analysis
• Coordinate the development and distribution of marketing materials and manage budget tracking

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) from a four-year college or university
• 1-2 years of experience in a Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) organization
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• A passion for creating solutions and building processes
• Strong self-starter mentality with a high quality bar
