Summer Receptionist (Temporary)

RMC is hiring for a temporary summer receptionist to support our corporate office in Lexington Park, MD. The selected applicant will provide reception/front desk support and perform general office duties. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, maintaining a visitor log, escorting guests, answering and routing incoming phone calls, and handling mail. The receptionist will assist with facility security, manage office supplies and inventory, and provide administrative support when needed. Additionally, the candidate will set up office luncheons, run office-related errands that require reliable transportation, and perform other duties as required, including assisting with special projects.

• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An Associate's degree or a candidate working towards obtaining an Associate's degree is preferred.
• Two (2) years of general work experience is required.
• One (1) year of office experience is highly desired.
• The selected applicant must have excellent typing and computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills are required.
• Comfort with a high volume of interactions with clients, personnel, and visitors is essential.

Salary at RMC is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, a candidate's specific combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $16.00 - $18.00 an hour.
