Premium Daily Per Diem paid for food, lodging, rotational travel
The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. This position is bonus eligible.

As a Safety Supervisor II at RES, your mission will be pivotal in fostering a culture of safety on our transmission and distribution projects across the US and Canada. With your experience in T&D, you’ll implement our comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure compliance with regulations and enhance project efficiency. We're looking for someone who is passionate about promoting a safety-first culture, guiding fellow team members through coaching, training, and development. Your role will include developing critical site documentation, conducting safety meetings, and leading training sessions that resonate with our commitment to worker safety. You'll become a vital point of contact for our project teams, overseeing the effectiveness of safety protocols and standards while prioritizing daily tasks for the safety team. Regular inspections and incident investigations will be part of your daily routine, allowing you to enforce best practices and suggest corrective actions whenever necessary. You will be required to operate a company vehicle to reach project sites and maintain incident data to compile thorough reports.
