Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting Specialist, Client Experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Client Experience Leadership to develop and implement solutions for client retention
• Support ad hoc reporting requests and perform complex analyses to align with growth goals
• Prepare client-facing reports and maintain accurate client and broker contact information in databases

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities and experience required
• 2+ years' experience in a related field preferred
• Working knowledge of health benefit plans and experience with Salesforce preferred
