Job Summary

A company is looking for a Renewals Specialist (Remote, USA).

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the Observability Architecture team to renew and upgrade existing customer accounts
• Forecast renewals and manage a two-quarter renewal pipeline while ensuring a seamless customer experience
• Collaborate with account teams to develop renewal strategies and address churn risks

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in renewals or a related Customer Success role
• Solid business knowledge and a keen desire to learn
• Strong numeracy skills
• Ability to work remotely with an international team in a startup environment
• Experience in varied and complex job duties requiring strong judgment and collaboration
