In Home Sales Representative

Renewal by Andersen of Central & Roanoke Virginia, are looking for In home Sales Representatives  to join its growing team. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced, energetic, deadline-driven environment. This is also an opportunity for the right candidate to become part of a passionate, close-knit team that is geared toward growth and success.

• You will be visiting our customers, in their homes, to consult and identify the window and door product that will meet their needs.  
• You will use the tools, training and sales methodology and create a connection with the customers to offer our replacement services. 
• You will have industry-leading product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale. 
• Commitment to customer service experience from start to end. 

• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience.
• A Proven track record of closing sales.
• Self-motivated and results oriented.
• College degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.

• Potential for unlimited six figure income. Pay for performance is a salesperson's greatest compensation motivator!
