We are seeking a curious and passionate Marketing Manager to lead marketing efforts, while building and optimizing scalable systems. This is a Full-Time Remote role.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager specifically with these requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the digital marketing field, with a deep understanding of all marketing areas.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

• Digital marketing agency experience is a must, ideally in a fast-paced, startup environment.

• Proven experience in digital marketing with a deep understanding of all aspects of marketing strategy, execution, and optimization, and being proficient in all areas of digital marketing.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience running and managing Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience in promoting and managing webinars through ads and organic strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to build, lead, and scale marketing teams while maintaining accountability for KPIs.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and strategies.
• Strong business acumen with a curiosity for how businesses grow and scale.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

• Develop and execute high-performing marketing strategies for different businesses.
• Manage and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta and Google), ensuring strong ROI and clear KPI tracking.
• Create and execute webinar marketing strategies that effectively generate leads and conversions.
• Build and lead a marketing team, hiring A-players who align with the company’s vision.
• Oversee all aspects of marketing, including social media (Instagram, Facebook), content, and AI-driven campaigns.
• Quickly implement AI tools and strategies to enhance marketing performance.
• Clearly demonstrate expertise in marketing tactics, common mistakes, and best practices.
• Maintain a hands-on approach, ensuring quick execution and high standards of excellence.
