Social Media Marketing Lead

We are looking to hire a Team Lead to manage our client's Philippine-based Creative and Social Media team. This role requires strong leadership, creative direction, and digital marketing expertise to ensure the team delivers high-quality content that drives engagement and growth.

Work Schedule: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm EST, Fully Remote

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the creative and social media team, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
• Provide guidance on content creation, branding, and digital marketing strategies.
• Coordinate and align social media campaigns with business goals.
• Develop and maintain a structured posting calendar to ensure consistent and strategic content scheduling.
• Optimize workflows and team efficiency to maximize output.
• Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and support skill development.

• Proven experience in creative direction, social media marketing, and digital marketing.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, preferably with experience handling remote teams.
• Ability to develop and execute social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
• Strong understanding of performance analytics and data-driven decision-making.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) and design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing is a plus.
