Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Social Media & Email Marketing Specialist to manage our Instagram presence, handle direct messages (DMs), create and manage email marketing campaigns, and design graphics. The ideal candidate should have experience using Instagram, Outlook/Gmail, and graphic design tools to create engaging content that drives engagement and conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Instagram Management:

• Plan, schedule, and post content on Instagram.
• Engage with followers by responding to comments and DMs.

✅ Direct Message (DM) Responses:

• Handle inquiries and customer interactions via Instagram DMs.
• Forward relevant queries to the appropriate team members.

✅ Email Marketing:

• Create, design, and send email campaigns via Outlook, Gmail, or email marketing platforms.
• Monitor email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates) and optimize campaigns.

✅ Graphics & Content Creation:

• Design visually appealing graphics for Instagram posts, stories, and email campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in social media management, especially Instagram.
• Strong understanding of Instagram algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Experience in email marketing and familiarity with Outlook/Gmail.
• Graphic design skills and proficiency with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
