Data Analyst (RVA)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide insights that drive business decisions. This role requires strong problem-solving skills, proficiency in data visualization tools, and the ability to communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights.
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business strategy.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide solutions.
• Perform statistical analysis and create predictive models to enhance decision-making.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by implementing best practices in data management.
• Use SQL to extract and manipulate data from databases.
• Present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner using visualizations.
• Support automation of data processing and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging data technologies.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and predictive modeling.
• Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms.
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data pipeline management.
