We are a dynamic commercial insurance agency committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Virtual Assistant to support our team in processing insurance certificates, binders, and other administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Certificate of Insurance Processing: Generate, review, and update insurance certificates with accuracy and efficiency.
• Binder Creation: Prepare and issue insurance binders as required.
• Customer Service Support: Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, ensuring professional and timely communication.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate records in Applied Epic and other relevant systems.
• Policy Management Assistance: Support account managers with policy updates, endorsements, and renewals.
• Administrative Tasks: Assist with invoicing, premium audits, and other insurance-related documentation.

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in Commercial Lines Insurance.
• Applied Epic Proficiency: Must have hands-on experience using Applied Epic for insurance processing.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and insurance software.
• Work Environment: Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace for remote work.
