• About The Role:

We’re hiring a Follow-Up Specialist to support our real estate acquisitions team by reconnecting with old and hard-to-reach leads. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, a relentless work ethic, and aspirations to grow into an acquisitions role.

• Responsibilities:

• Make up to 200+ calls per day to revive cold or unresponsive leads
• Qualify prospects and live transfer motivated sellers to the acquisitions team
• Maintain and update CRM with notes and lead status
• Track and report performance and handoff success rates

• Fluent spoken English with a neutral or minimal accent
• 3+ years of sales experience, preferably over the phone
• Strong follow-up and persistence skills
• Financially motivated and goal-oriented
• Familiarity with CRM systems (GoHighLevel preferred)

Schedule and Time Zone:

• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, EST
• Remote position, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time Zone.

Salary:

Base salary is $2,000/monthly plus $700 bonus per qualified lead passed and successfully closed
