Our client is a creative digital marketing agency focused on performance-driven ad content for social media platforms. They specialize in creating user-generated content, animated ads, and custom strategies aimed at improving conversions and sales. The Lead Generation Representative will be responsible for prospecting, managing outreach campaigns, and handling inbound leads. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy and detail-oriented, with experience in using outreach tools to optimize lead generation and booking meetings for the sales team. They will also contribute ideas to improve the lead generation processes and explore new outreach avenues.
- Research new leads based on the defined Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), using tools and assisting in improving the prospecting system.
- Manage multi-channel campaigns (primarily LinkedIn and cold email), upload prospects into automation tools, and analyze outreach message performance.
- Respond to inbound interest using pre-set templates and book meetings with qualified leads for the sales team.
- Explore new outreach strategies, improve the current setup, and contribute ideas to strengthen the lead generation pipeline.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the U.S. market, preferably in a lead generation or sales role.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable learning and managing tools such as Growth Machine, Instantly, Apollo, and Clay.
- Strong research and communication skills.
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
- Must understand your Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and avoid misaligned outreach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple channels for outreach.
- Comfortable handling inbound leads and scheduling meetings with the sales team.
- Advanced english level (C1/C2)
- Experience with paid media or other marketing tools (though not a requirement for this role).
- Familiarity with process optimization and creative strategies for outreach.
