About the Client
Our client is a leader in transformative mental health care, delivering cutting-edge, insurance-covered treatments like ketamine, TMS, and psychedelic therapy. Their focus is on accessibility, transparency, and scientific evidence—reaching the people who need care most, not overselling flashy marketing. They are looking for a Marketing Lead who can drive end-to-end campaigns that lead to measurable growth and success.
About the Role
The Marketing Lead will be responsible for executing and managing comprehensive marketing campaigns across multiple channels. You’ll lead efforts in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization, ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the client’s brand values and drive impactful results. The role involves significant autonomy, and you’ll need to be proactive in problem-solving, resourceful with AI tools, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. You will also be responsible for collaborating with internal teams to improve the patient and provider experience, all while optimizing marketing efforts for maximum ROI.
Key Responsabilities
- Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns for new service lines, locations, and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and optimize patient and provider-facing campaigns within the CRM (GoHighLevel), working closely with IT to ensure an integrated and optimized CRM architecture.
- Lead and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and other platforms, focusing on ROI and campaign performance metrics, not vanity metrics.
- Drive lead flow management and funnel reporting, leveraging tools like Google Sheets and GoHighLevel.
- Continuously improve campaign effectiveness through A/B testing of messaging, creative, and channel strategies.
- Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, including copy, creative, and patient communications.
- Collaborate with the SEO and web development teams to align strategy and improve conversion rates.
- Oversee the budget allocation for paid campaigns across various channels, optimizing spend for the best results.
- Be a systems-thinker, able to integrate tools, streamline workflows, and self-diagnose issues to maintain campaign efficiency.
- At least 2 years of direct marketing experience within U.S. markets, preferably with experience in local, brick-and-mortar marketing.
- Expertise in Meta Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, and funnel optimization.
- Strong experience in lead tracking and reporting using Google Sheets, GoHighLevel, or similar CRMs.
- Exceptional copywriting skills and strong instincts for brand positioning and messaging.
- Experience managing campaign budgets across multiple paid media channels.
- Ability to connect tools, streamline workflows, and diagnose and solve problems independently.
- Capable of operating independently and managing multiple projects but with the potential to grow and build a team in the future.

- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health marketing.
