About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Digital Account & Paid Ads Specialist to join our client's team. This client-facing role is ideal for someone who thrives on relationship-building, strategic thinking, and managing performance across paid and organic digital marketing channels. You’ll manage a portfolio of high-value clients, aligning marketing efforts with business goals and ensuring campaign success across multiple platforms.

Key Responsiblities

  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring a seamless experience and strategic digital performance.
  • Lead and optimize paid media campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Meta, while supporting SEO, content, and brand strategy efforts.
  • Collaborate closely with internal campaign specialists to ensure campaign execution aligns with client growth objectives.
  • Communicate proactively via email, calls, and meetings with clients, delivering updates, performance insights, and strategic recommendations.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness, suggest optimizations, and pivot strategies when necessary.
  • Create and maintain agendas, meeting notes, and post-call recaps to ensure alignment and accountability.
  • Oversee campaign delivery timelines and manage multiple accounts across varying industries.
  • Assist in CRM system implementation to track and convert leads effectively.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive digital solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, including paid media and client account management.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
  • Experience managing external stakeholders and communicating strategies clearly and effectively.
  • Proven success in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
  • Ability to understand diverse business models and tailor strategies accordingly.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM systems, and marketing analytics tools.
  • Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a remote work environment.
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Confident in leading meetings and presenting campaign performance and strategy.
  • Entrepreneurial and proactive with a passion for growth and client success.
  • Monthly salary: $2,500 – $3,300 (depending on experience).
  • Schedule: 9am–5pm or 8am–4pm EST.
  • Unlimited PTO after 90 days.
  • Observance of U.S. federal holidays.
  • Quarterly bonuses based on company goals and performance.
  • Sales commission opportunities (referral and closing bonuses).
