They offer services such as web design, digital marketing, Amazon and marketplace management, platform migration, creative asset development, cross-border selling, logistics, and more.

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Accountant to manage financial tasks, including invoicing, bookkeeping, and preparing monthly reports using QuickBooks Online (QBO). The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience, with the ability to generate custom financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage invoicing through QBO.
• Maintain accurate financial records and perform regular bookkeeping tasks.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and custom reports as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and industry regulations.
• Assist with financial analysis, forecasting, and budget tracking.
• Managing multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
• Quickly identifying and resolving financial discrepancies.
  

• Minimum 3 years of experience with QuickBooks Online.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or equivalent certification.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• ⁠Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Advanced English level, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Full-Time Position M-F from 9:00am to 5:00pm Eastern Time
• Salary: 2,500USD Monthly
• Location: 100% remote for candidates based in LATAM.

This position is open to candidates who are both based and residing in Latin American (LATAM) countries, such as Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay, and Venezuela.
