Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Subcontract Administrator II.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and produce subcontract and procurement documentation, ensuring compliance with government policies
• Evaluate proposals and quotations, support negotiations, and maintain subcontract files while monitoring deliverables
• Manage subcontract invoicing, payments, and closeout processes, while interfacing with internal departments and subcontractors

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 1+ year with a Master's degree, or equivalent education and experience
• Professional experience as a subcontract administrator supporting federal government customers
• U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work
• Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and related legislation
• Ability to manage multiple contracts and the subcontract closeout process effectively
