Remote Scrum Master - job 2 of 3

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master to support a remote team in facilitating Agile practices for the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate scrum meetings and eliminate blockers
• Build relationships to encourage collaboration and innovation within a cross-functional Agile team
• Update and maintain project documentation to ensure clear communication among team members and stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Agile development and project management
• Experience with large-scale software development and data management projects
• Familiarity with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)
• SAFe Certified Scrum Master and ability to obtain government clearance
