As a core member of the marketing team, you’ll be the face and voice of our brand on TikTok. You'll create, present, and edit content that captivates audiences, builds community, and drives real impact. If you understand the art of the “hook”, have a flair for effects and editing, and know how to work the TikTok algorithm – we want to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Develop, present, and produce compelling TikTok videos aligned with our content strategy.
• Write engaging scripts and experiment with formats to boost reach and retention.
• Apply advanced video editing techniques and creative video effects to polish content.
• Stay on top of TikTok trends, audio, challenges, and platform updates to keep our content fresh.
• Engage with audiences through comments and community-building tactics.
• Collaborate with marketing to align messaging, product features, and campaigns.
• Monitor performance analytics and adapt content for improved engagement.
• Share your own TikTok profile with us for brand fit and reach alignment.

Qualifications and Experience

• Proven experience creating TikTok content with a personal or brand account.
• Strong on-camera presence – confident, authentic, and entertaining.
• Proficient in video editing apps (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, InShot).
• Skilled in using effects, transitions, and TikTok’s in-app editing tools.
• Deep understanding of audience psychology and the importance of content “hooks”.
• A solid TikTok network or following is essential – must be willing to share your profile.
• Creative thinker with the ability to pitch original content ideas.
• Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone/laptop with editing tools.
