- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with client needs and company objectives.
- Source candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Conduct thorough resume screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback, and facilitate the offer process.
- Utilize recruitment metrics to track progress and improve the hiring process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
