• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job intake to offer acceptance.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the decision-making process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
