- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job intake to offer acceptance.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidate qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to the management team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends in talent acquisition.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting software.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
