Remote Recruitment is in search of a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data about markets and consumers to support our recruitment solutions and business decisions. In this role, you will provide valuable insights that will help guide our marketing strategies and product development, ensuring we meet the needs of our target audiences effectively.
As a Market Research Analyst, you will be expected to produce reports, identify trends, and communicate findings to various stakeholders within the organisation. You will play a critical role in shaping our understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative market research to gather relevant data on target demographics, consumer behavior, and industry trends.
- Analyse data using statistical software and interpret findings to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations summarising research findings, trends, and opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse competitor activity and market conditions to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with other departments, including marketing and product development, to align research insights with business strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends and research methodologies to improve research processes and tools.
- Assist in the development of surveys and questionnaires to gather information from clients and consumers.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Market Research Analyst or similar role, ideally within the recruitment industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical and data analysis tools (e.g., SPSS, Excel, Google Analytics).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
- Ability to distil complex data into meaningful insights for strategic decision-making.
- Knowledge of market research methods and best practices.
