With a growing footprint and a strong emphasis on innovation and client satisfaction, we're seeking a forward-thinking Chief Communications and Marketing Officer (CCMO) to lead our brand, marketing strategy, and communication initiatives.
Position Overview
The Chief Communications and Marketing Officer will drive all strategic marketing and communication efforts, with a strong emphasis on digital marketing, brand messaging, client acquisition, and retention. This role requires an individual with excellent English communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead Brand Positioning and Messaging: Define and evolve our brand narrative to resonate with American consumers and business clients.
- HubSpot Management: Leverage HubSpot for CRM, email marketing, customer journeys, automation, lead generation, and performance analytics.
- Digital Marketing Oversight: Manage SEO, PPC, content marketing, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ensure messaging consistency and pipeline optimization across multiple service lines and departments.
- Team Leadership: Lead and collaborate a high-performing team across multiple geographies.
- Public Relations and Media: Manage PR strategy, media relationships, and internal communications.
- Performance Tracking: Develop KPIs, dashboards, and reports to monitor effectiveness of campaigns and brand health.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience (or less) in marketing and communications, with at least 1 year in a senior or executive leadership role.
- Demonstrated success in a service-based business.
- Proficiency and hands-on experience with HubSpot (certifications preferred).
- Native-level English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Deep understanding of American consumer behavior, media trends, and cultural dynamics.
- Strong strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making capabilities.
- Proven ability to work remotely and lead distributed teams effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
