Key Responsibilities

• Provide support to undergraduate students enrolled in UMGC courses
• Respond to questions and concerns related to course concepts and assignments
• Promote a professional and respectful online learning environment

Required Qualifications

• In-depth knowledge of WRTG111 and WRTG112 courses
• Ability to work closely with diverse student populations
• A grade of "A" or "B" in WRTG111 and WRTG112 is preferred
• Background in teaching, tutoring, or learning support is preferred
• Letter of recommendation from a faculty member is a plus
