Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Software (WFS) Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of workforce management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and implementation of WorkForce Software solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR Technology, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in IT or HR technology roles, with 3-5 years focused on WFS solution design
• Strong functional knowledge of workforce management processes
• Experience integrating WFS with ERP, payroll, and HR systems
• Hands-on experience with WFS configuration tools and rules writing
