Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workforce Planning Analyst - Provider Back Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish forecasts and staffing plans to meet service levels and financial targets
  • Analyze inventory and performance, communicating necessary adjustments to leadership
  • Support the preparation of reports and dashboards related to staffing and performance metrics


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in business/finance analysis or workforce forecasting and planning
  • 2+ years of advanced proficiency in MS Excel with large data sets
  • 2+ years of experience analyzing information from multiple data sources
  • 1+ years of experience in back-office or call center transaction tracking
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and MS PowerPoint
