What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Develop comprehensive project plans, defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements
– Coordinate and manage all project activities, including needs analysis, curriculum design, and evaluation processes
– Lead cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration and achievement of project goals
– Conduct comprehensive needs assessments to identify skill gaps and training requirements
– Oversee the design and development of learning materials, including instructor-led training and e-learning modules

What is Required (Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
– Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a manufacturing learning and development environment
– Proven success in overseeing the design and development of learning materials
– Strong communication and presentation abilities
– Extensive project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, and budgeting

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Bachelor’s degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field
– 7+ years as a project manager or project lead in a manufacturing learning and development environment
– Proficiency in project management software and tools
– Experience with instructional design models and adult learning principles
– Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholders at various organizational levels
