Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 10 years related claims experience
• Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states where claims are managed
• Strong background in Lost-time/Indemnity Workers Compensation claims
• 5+ years of supervisory experience managing a team of 4 or more adjusters
