Job Summary

A company is looking for a Workday Solution Architect to lead HR transformation and migration projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the conversion project from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday HCM, ensuring timely migration
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into Workday solutions
• Review design and configuration of Workday HCM modules and develop data migration strategies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Workday Solutions Architect, focusing on HCM implementations
• Hands-on experience in migrating from PeopleSoft HCM to Workday HCM
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM modules and functionalities
• Workday certification is a plus
