Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options and deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Handle inbound pre-screened leads and conduct in-depth consultation calls with families
• Educate families on tailored senior care solutions and facilitate connections with appropriate care providers

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask effectively while engaging with customers
• Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and CRM systems
• Successful completion of a new hire training program
