Key Responsibilities

• Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options and deliver an exceptional experience
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads remotely, maintaining strong schedule adherence
• Conduct initial consultation calls and educate families on suitable senior care solutions

Required Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
• Proven history of exceeding sales targets
• Ability to multitask while engaging with clients and taking notes
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems
• Successful completion of the new hire training program
