Job Summary

A company is looking for a Web Operations Manager.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 6+ years in website operations or front-end development, with at least 2 years in a management role
• Deep experience with WordPress, including custom development and performance optimization
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS; experience with Git, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and SEO best practices
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong people skills, with experience mentoring designers and developers
