Job Summary
You will lead website A/B testing, personalization, and customer data. The point of contact and application owner for Adobe Target (A/B testing) and personalization. You’ll lead advanced and in-depth level business process analysis, needs assessments and preliminary cost/benefit analysis to align experiential changes across wm.com. Liaison between technical staff and business owners, demonstrating advanced communication skills across all levels of the organization. You’ll provide top-level business strategy and analysis while focusing organizational strategic vision. Responsible for formulating test cases, scope and objectives relative to the organization’s business plan and user requirements, process flow definitions, business process mapping, and functional specifications as it pertains to A/B testing and personalization. You’ll partner with eCommerce Managers, UX Researchers, Front-End Developers, and other cross-functional groups to align and execute on experiential changes to wm.com.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Acts as an application owner, subject matter expert, and cross-functional liaison to delivery on A/B tests using Adobe Target.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to identify and align on user experience test cases.
• Works in an Agile format using JIRA and Confluence to support workflow.
• Uses results-oriented mindset to ensure clear and appropriate KPIs and metrics are used to make decisions.
• Understands data and analytics to support decision making and impact analyses.
• Presents clear, concise, and convincing presentations using mockups, data, and written context.
• Applies online analytics applications (preferably Adobe Analytics) to support A/B testing opportunity and results evaluation.
• Defines, and collaborate with cross-functional partners on segmentation opportunities and customer data needs to support the growth of our online channel.
• Drives multivariate testing and communicate test cases/results to a variety of partners with varying levels of expertise on the subject.
• Performs in complex organizational structure with a broad scope of cross-functional partners and delivery teams.
• Applies Adobe Analytics Workspaces (including Segments, Calculated Metrics and Data Ranges) to drive insightful narrative for decision making.
• Translates strategic organizational vision into an A/B testing and personalization roadmap.
• Understands customer data platforms and dependencies that may impact the delivery and success of digital experience testing and personalization.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
• Bachelors Degree (accredited) or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
• Six (6) years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement)
B. Preferred Experience
• Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology, or similar area of study
• 9 years of eCommerce, Digital or Analytics experience
• Adobe Suite (Adobe Target, Analytics, Launch, & Audience Manager)
• AB and Multivariant Testing
• Agile Experience, Jira, Confluence and Snowflake
• Experience with advanced statistical analyses for Website and/or Mobile Optimization
