Job Summary

A company is looking for a Binding Authority Underwriting Associate to support the underwriting process through risk assessment and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze complex risks and prepare reports for management
• Coordinate the quoting, binding, and issuance process, while maintaining accurate documentation
• Develop and maintain relationships with underwriters, producers, and brokers to ensure positive outcomes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Risk Management
• 1+ year of related experience or in a similar role
• Advanced analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• High level of knowledge of insurance and underwriting principles
• Minimum requirements for state P&C and/or surplus line licenses preferred
