Job Summary

A company is looking for a licensed Doctor of Optometry to work remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Examine patients using patented remote technology in the states where licensed
• Communicate with patients through specialized video conference technology
• Analyze eye health and generate prescriptions for eyeglasses or contact lenses with support from an Ophthalmic Technician

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must be a licensed Doctor of Optometry in Washington, D.C
• Multiple state licenses are a plus
• Experience with tele-optometry is preferred
• Ability to work as an Independent Contractor
• Willingness to undergo credentialing and training as needed
